In 1978 Electro-Harmonix intoduced the dynamic touch sensitive overdrive pedal called the “Hot Tubes”. A few years later Stevie Ray Vaughan used the Electro-Harmonix Hot Tubes as his prime overdrive at a Daytona concert on March 25 1987.
