Whether you need to locate information for your EHX product or have questions regarding an online order with EHX, we are here to help.

Shipping & Delivery

Electro-Harmonix partners with Quivers for order fulfillment to help support local music stores and our extensive network of authorized dealers. Your order may be shipped or partially shipped from a music store close to you. This greatly reduces shipping time and helps get the product you want in your hands sooner.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email from Quivers. Occasionally, even after an order has been placed, products will be oversold. If this happens, you will be notified within 48 hours that part of, or all, of your order cannot be fulfilled and has been cancelled. Thanks for buying Electro-Harmonix!

Order Processing

  • Standard processing time once an order is placed is 2-3 business days.
  • Unless specified otherwise, all orders are shipped using FedEx ground service and typically takes 3-7 business days.
  • Estimated arrival dates are not guaranteed. Weather delays and other circumstances may impact delivery.
  • Electro-Harmonix is unable to ship to PO Boxes.
  • Electro-Harmonix is not responsible for lost or stolen packages which are confirmed to be delivered to the shipping address provided during order checkout. Upon inquiry, EHX will confirm delivery to the provided address, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.

If you have not received your delivery after 10 business days, please contact Customer Support and we can help you check on your order.

Cancelled Orders

Electro-Harmonix and our dealer network jointly make every effort to keep items in stock. Occasionally, even after an order has been placed, products will be oversold. If this happens, you will be notified within 48 hours that part, or all, of your order cannot be fulfilled and has been cancelled. We apologize for this inconvenience. Since your card is not charged until your product has shipped, you will not be charged for your order and the authorization will drop according to your bank (2-3 business days but contact your bank for more information).

Partial Shipments

If only part of your order is unavailable, the remaining items will be shipped to you. Your account will only be charged for the shipped items.

Out-Of-Stock Items

Electro-Harmonix products are currently available online through our website in the United States only. If you are interested in a specific out-of-stock item, continue to check the website periodically and/or contact Customer Support to find out when the product will be made available. If you live outside of the US, please use our EHX Authorized Dealer Locator to find a shop near you.

Order Tracking & Status

As soon as your product(s) ship from our warehouse or from a local retailer, you will be sent an email with your tracking number. If your order is sent in multiple shipments, you will receive a tracking number for each shipment.

You may also check your tracking number or order status by logging into your account. If you need additional information or cannot find your tracking number, please contact Order Support.

Payment Information

Payment Methods
At www.ehx.com, you can pay by Credit Card or PayPal. A fully secure payment service is provided by Stripe, and we accept Visa, Mastercard or American Express.

Sales Tax
Electro-Harmonix is required to charge sales tax on orders placed through www.ehx.com that originate in certain states. If required to be collected from your state, sales tax will be computed and charged during the checkout process.

Returns & Exchanges

Returning a product purchased on EHX.com and shipped from a local dealer

Returning a product purchased on EHX.com and shipped from a local dealer Electro-Harmonix partners with our dealers to fulfill orders purchased through this website. If the product you want to return was purchased on our website, but shipped from a local EHX dealer, you must contact them to begin the refund. Their contact information will be included in your shipment confirmation email.

If you need assistance in finding the contact information your dealer, please contact EHX Customer Support with your order confirmation number.

Returning a product purchased from a local EHX dealer

If your EHX product was purchased from a local dealer, you must return the product to that retailer. Please do not contact Electro-Harmonix regarding returning a product that you purchased from a local dealer.

Register Your Product

If you’re looking to register your new EHX product for warranty, you have a couple of options. You can mail in the warranty card that should have been included in the packaging of your product, or you provide the following information below.

Product Warranty

Electro-Harmonix will repair your product if it fails to operate due to defects in materials or workmanship for a period of one year from date of purchase. In the event that it should ever become necessary to return your unit to the factory for repair, please ship the unit to us, securely packed, postage prepaid and insured, along with a copy of proof of purchase and with the appropriate handling charge as set forth on the instruction sheet for that unit.

All other charges for parts and labor will be paid by Electro-Harmonix. This warranty does not cover batteries which must be replaced at customer’s expense or any unit opened and/or modified by the consumer. In addition, it will expedite the repair if you would include a short note describing the problem as specifically as possible. We, in turn, will do our best to see that your Electro-Harmonix accessory is back in your act fast.

To qualify, submit your warranty card within 10 days of purchase. You can mail the warranty card included in your purchase or register your warranty online here.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have others which vary from state to state and from country to country.
