    I’m trying to get the “backward swell” effect to work on my new Platform pedal. I’ve copied the settings in the booklet. I get no sound. If I play with the volume on my guitar I may get a sudden very loud sound that then cuts out. What am I doing wrong?

    Make sure your guitar is turned all the way up.
    And adjust the swell knob lower as your guitars output maybe lower than the one used in the video.
