Just wanted to get an idea of the frequency response of the Crayon’s 2-band tone control. Assuming they are a high pass filter and low pass filter, is there any information on the cutoff frequencies for each control? Thanks!
The tone controls in the Crayon are high and low shelf boost/cut equalizers. When the knobs are set to noon, the tone control is at unity. Turning up from noon boosts the high or low frequencies while turning down from noon cuts the low frequencies.
The TREBLE knob boosts and cuts at 1.3kHz and above
The BASS knob boosts and cuts at 440Hz and below
