Hi. I sent an email to info@ehx.com on September 1st, but have not received a response. I have checked my Spam folder. I’ll just paste the content here less the audio attachment:
Hello. I hope you are doing well with all that that is going on.
I purchased a Stereo Clone Theory XO in December, 2019. I have just discovered an issue with it. When running stereo out, and using CHR2 with both the Depth and Rate controls at minimum, every C note that I play is predominately in the right channel (Stereo Out jack). All other notes are more centered in the stereo field. If I increase the Depth to approximately 8:30 everything works fine. I suspect that something is not calibrated quite right, and I would like to send it in for warranty repair. I have attached a short recording, playing the C Major scale from D above Middle C down to one octave below Middle C so that you can hear what is happening.
Thanks,
Joseph
Please contact the techs on Monday at
info@ehx.com
I will forward this to them now.
Done. Thank you.
Update: After some in-house testing, and due to the beat frequency between the L and R audio signals, EHX has determined that it is working as designed.
