    Hi,

I’m looking for a budget Mu-tron like bi-phase pedal for my Fender Rhodes. My budget is about 225 euro.

Is the Super Pulsar almost the same as the Polyphase in that matter? I know that the Super Pulsar is a tremolo pedal, but I thought there is also a phase option.

Please let me know your experiences in this.

    Regards, Jan

No the Pulsar would not do what you want.
We do make a Mod 11 at $151 which does a lot.

    Hi, thanks for your reply.

I did not know the Mod 11, but I see that is has no stereo output, which I like from the Polyphase.
I was lucky and found a new (!) PolyPhase at a local store and bought this. It will arrive next week.

On the forums I read a review of someone who said, that his PolyPhase sounds like the Rhodes-sound of Joe Zawinul’s BiPhase. I hope I agree for his. Otherwise I have to buy two seperate Mod11’s or similar.

I own both and your question has already been answered, but I think you will like the Stereo Polyphase. It is very versatile, and is my favorite pedal. If you don’t own an expression pedal, you will want to buy one.

The Super Pulsar is also worth owning, especially if you are playing/recording in stereo. If you get one, be sure to also get the Triple Foot Controller.
