Hi,
I play the hurdy gurdy, and I’m using a Audio-technica Pro35 mike (250 ohm impedance) with the AT8538 power module plugged into a small ZT acoustic combo. With a Boss PH-2 pedal, no problem, works just fine.
If I replace the PH-2 with a micro POG, I get a heavy, buzzing noise as soon as I connect the output to the amp.
I’m using a 9.6 AC/DC EHX power supply.
tried different cables : not better.
Any idea ?

Its a ground loop
Make sure the are all plugged into the same source and use ground lifter adapters if you are in the USA
Hi,
i have inseerted and isolator between the output of the micro-POG and the ZT lunchbox : same noise.
Tried to put the isolator between the ZT and the micro-POG input, not better.
My isolator is an ART DTI, supposed to be a solution to this kind of problems.
Thank you for your help anyway,
–Ch.
Did you ground lift the ac of the amp?
