Hi Forum,
I recently purchased a pair of R&B Buds. Approx. 4-5 times/hour the right earbud will either go silent or will have a slight latency such that the right sounds like an echo of the left. Not sure if these are the same problem or two different problems. Buds are 100% charged and I’ve already reset them (didn’t fix the problem). Pairing with iPhone X (in my pocket) or MacBook Pro (OS updated; 2′ away). Any thoughts on what’s going on?
