Hey I’m trying to use the 22500 as part of my set up almost like a sampler, specifically triggering kick drums and things like ambient sounds in one shot mode. Sometimes it’s fairly rapid repeats, sometimes you want it to sustain to the end of the single trigger loop.

This SEEMS not possible on the 22500? It will a) keep trying to record a new layer on top of the existing loop, however short and b) insist on finishing current cycle before triggering next, making rapid repeats impossible. Is there anyway to do this? Seems a pretty simple firmware tweak if not? It’s easy to do on the boss and digitech loopers, but this EHX pedal is otherwise pretty perfect for me and I’d really love not to have to add another looper to my set up for this single function.
