    When I plug in the power cord the lights flash and then turn off. If I press the EXP MODE, MOMENT, TAILS, and PING PONG buttons the blue light comes on as long as I hold the button. I tried the factory reset and still nothing. What is wrong?

    Are you using the factory power supply that came with the unit???
    If so please contact the techs on Monday at info@ehx.com

    Yes I have. I will contact them Monday 10-21-19. I hope we can resolve the issue
