    Engaged, my Big Muff Triangle Pi just spews annoying static/ white noise along with the notes I play…even at moderate and quiet settings. Bipassed the signal is silent. So it’s not a cable thing. Anyone know what is up?

    I might add…the unit is brand new. I first used it when I bought it and there was no static/ white noise. I then kept it unused in a cupboard for a couple of months. When I went to use it again….the problem/ issue was there.

    Also…I saw the warranty card in the box saying that I need to send the card in within 10 days of purchase…which I did not do.

    Does that mean I can’t send it to EH to be fixed?

    No! The repair will fix pedals for a fee outside of a warranty
    IF you have your receipt that is fine for Warranty.
    Please write them Monday

    Guys, I’ve had 3 emails from EH asking for a video of the issue (which I sent) and then asking for my name and address and proof of purchase etc (which I sent)….but no contact since Oct 1st. Not sure what I should do from here. Do I send the unit in? Do I wait for them to get back to me? They just haven’t given me the green light to send it in. So I dunno what to do.

    I received one email Sept 30 asking for video of the issue…which I sent. And I got another email Oct 1st asking for name, address, ph etc…which I sent. Haven’t received any emails since. Nothing in my email spam.

    Most recent email (Oct 1st) was from Chip Scooter.

    Not very cool.

    Electro Harmonix has my $100. They are fine.

    I have a pedal that failed after one use…and no response to my emails.

    EDIT…..ok I just got a reply…so hopefully the wheels are gonna be in motion.
