Hey all,
Longtime EHXer, and I just got the 95000. What a beast. The dry output controls + the L + R outputs make this pedal really attractive to me. It has everything I need, but I just ran into one major roadblock, hoping somebody can help me get around it.
When I’m creating a new loop from scratch on a blank set of tracks, the Erase & Undo buttons both work just fine. However, when I pre-load audio files onto any of the tracks of a loop with the USB, I am able to loop new tracks with the pre-loaded loops ones but I [strong]cannot[/strong] Erase or Undo the audio at any point. This will be a huge hangup in live setups, so I’m sure I’m missing something or doing something wrong.
For example, on Loop 1, I have a beat on Track 1, and the rest are blank tracks. I play Track 1 loop, and I record a bass track onto Track 2, and then a guitar track onto Track 3. All good so far, sounds great. Then I try to either Erase (hold TRACK button) or Undo (hit UNDO button), it does not work. The audio that I just recorded does not go away. When I try to Erase, the lights blink as if the track is being erased, but the audio remains. And when I hit Undo, nothing happens, no green light, no change in audio.
And when I have a blank loop, I record audio onto Track 1, and I’m able to hit Undo or Erase and it works with no problem, so I’m not sure why Erase & Undo aren’t working on the loops with pre-loaded audio files. My wife correctly suggested that I could record all my audio files in real-time onto the pedal from my computer with an audio cable and that Erase & Undo would then work as I wanted, but this seems like an imprecise and tedious workaround that would also result in loss of quality.
If anyone can shine some light on my predicament, I’d be much obliged. Cheers!
EDIT: I have v1.01, that’d be sweet if a firmware update would take care of it. I’ll wait to see what people say before doing that, thanks again.

https://www.ehx.com/assets/ehx-95000-firmware-v1.14.zip
The zip file contains the actual firmware and instructions for updating your 95000. You will need either a standard USB cable or a micro SD card reader.

Bless you, sir. Works like a charm now. Thank you.
