Hey, just got the 95000 and having trouble getting started.
According to the manual, when I’m in Non-Quantized mode I should be able to manually set the duration of a loop. It says to do this, (while recording) either hit record to stop recording and immediately begin playback, or hit play which immediately goes to the beginning of the loop and starts recording onto the next track.
When I hit record, I can only record a loop for 6 beats. Doesn’t matter how many beats per bar there are, my recording gets cut off after six beats in whatever time signature in tempo. In that same vein, I can hit record or play while recording, but the time of the loop is still 6 beats.
This makes it difficult to try and record loops off my own tempo, or to any tempo without the metronome because I have to watch the beats LED. Am I missing something fundamental here? Shouldn’t I be able to press record, then press it again and have THAT interval be the length of the time that the loop cycles through? Or is six beats the permanent setting?
Thanks for any help or corrections
Thanks for purchasing the 95000! Are you recording on to an empty loop number or an established loop number? For example, from the factory, the 95000 comes pre-loaded with loops in loop numbers 1 – 20.
To set the duration of a loop you must do it on an empty loop.
One other thing to note, all track lengths will be set while recording Track 1 (and 2 if stereo recording) on an empty loop. All tracks are always the same length. So if Track 1 is 6 beats, then Tracks 2-6 and Mixdown will also be 6 beats.

Thanks so much, that did the trick!
