I have a question about my new Qtron+.
I’m running my mic into a VoiceLive Rack unit. The output of the VLR goes into the QTron. The Qtron then goes out to a direct box and the direct box goes to my QSC K10. The issue is that when the Qtron is not on the output level is a lot lower than when it’s on. I’m almost clipping when the Qtron is on.
I’ve adjusted the input gain on the VLR but there is a big difference in volume when the Qtron is on or off.
So I’m wondering what my options are so that my levels will be the same whether the Qtron is on or off?
It sounds like there is an impedance mismatch between units.
I am not familiar with your other units.
