EHX 95000 looper clix level does not work when using external clock – Electro-Harmonix

Hello,

I just bought my brand new EHX 95000 looper. I really like it but there is something that’s driving me nuts.
Whenever I click on external clock and send midi clock from other gear, I can’t turn the clix level down no matter what. Either in CX.ON or CX.PL or CX.NL.

Any suggestions please?

The CLIX volume is actually set by the CLIX LVL knob. Are you able to reduce the CLIX volume by turning down this knob?
