    Help, my Bi-Filter has a broken Fader (ENV Drive).
    .Are there any replacement faders available? Support answered: “we do not longer support this device”.
    (I bought it NEW some weeks ago)
    Is there a service partner for central europe?

    Did you email info@ehx.com for support?

    of course i did. but the answer was “..we no longer provide support for the Bi-Filter”
    sorry buts thas not the kind of “support” i was expecting.
