    Hi,
    I’m trying to import files into my 45000 created in Presonous Studio One. I’m saving them as 44.1, 16 bit. I have both mono and stereo correct. However, when I press play it acts as if there is no loop. I’ve tried just replacing the TRACKM file on a loop that works with a 44.1, 16 bit mix down from Studio One and it doesn’t work.

    Any ideas? I’ve read about a firmware update for the 45000. Can I send someone the files?

    Just double checking: do you have a file for each of the 45000’s tracks: TRACK1.WAV, TRACK2.WAV, TRACK3.WAV, TRACK4.WAV and TRACKM.WAV?

    TRACKM is stereo the rest are mono?

    Otherwise go ahead and send the audio files you’re trying to import to info@ehx.com.

    Thanks for the quick reply. Yes, I have all the files in the correct mono and stereo formats.
