I have an EHX battery powered Freedom Amp that somebody gave me. It had set for about 10 years but I charged it up and it powers on just fine but I can’t get any sound out of it at all. No clicks or pops when I turn it on or plug my guitar into it. All the wires are attached in all the right places on the inside. Any ideas on what could be wrong with it? Any help would be appreciated! Thanks in advance.
Could be as simple as a bad speaker or more complicated like a problem with the amp circuitry. I’d have a tech look at it.
Thanks for the reply! I checked the speaker with a 9 volt battery and it popped so I am afraid it is something in the circuitry. I will have to try and find somebody that can check it out.
Can anyone recommend a good tech in or near Southern Illinois?
