Hello all, new to this forum and have a quick question about the EHX BMS 2nd gen and it’s power switch. I recently replaced the integral power cable and noticed that the power switch was quite loose. I tightened the casing so that it would make better contact, but may have over tightened. It worked for weeks and now the switch fails to function. I know I could just replace the switch, but is there any harm in modding it to be always on? That is to say, soldering a piece of wire across the pins so that the switch is always on? Could this be harmful in any way?
