I run my B9 first on my pedal board with the dry out going to my other pedals and the organ out going to separate amp. When I turn the dry volume down on the B9 I still get a dry guitar signal through the amp the is getting the organ out only. Is there a way to stop this?

On the newer units, there is an internal switch to send outs differently. You unit if newer may have this.
