    There’s a very noticeable volume increase when I engage the Lester G.
    Is this normal?
    I work around it by setting the Lester volume knob to 2 o’clock.

    Also…..
    When I set the Balance knob all the way clockwise (upper horn only) I can still hear the lower rotor ramp up/down.

    (I’m using a ‘One Spot’ to power my pedals.)

    Yes its normal.
    Some people like to drive their amps hard so it has a healthy output.
    The Balance control favors the high or low speaker. There always will be a blend.
