The knobs on my Electric Mistress don’t align with the levels. The pots have half-round shafts, so the knobs can only go on one way. Why did they make it this way? Is this normal for these pedals?
It’s because the pots on the outside actually have their lugs wrapped around the side of the pcb. The center control is wrapped over the top edge

Thanks Ron. Hey, I have a question. I just bought my Electric Mistress, and it needs a new SAD1024 chip. I’ve ordered one, and I wonder if you can give me any pointers on what to replace or test so I don’t fry the new chip. I plan to replace the opamps and all the electrolytics. Anything else I should be looking at?
