I have an early Knockout Attack Equilizer that is missing the battery connector(s) and the On/Off switch has been removed. (Picture attached)

Can someone send me a picture of the bottom of the circuit board that shows the where the battery connector wires are soldered to the board and a picture of the switch showing the wire connections to the board?
