    Hi – I’ve just bought a Little Big Muff Pi pedal, and the thing works fine when plugged into a mains power supply, but with just a battery plugged in, it’s completely dead.

    It can’t be the fault of the battery, as I’ve now tried two different ones (one brand new).

    What am I doing wrong? :)

    Something is wrong! Make sure your guitar is plugged in on battery or it will not light up.
    Please return the pedal for an exchange or contact service at info@ehx.com

    I emailed service and haven’t heard anything in 24 hours (might be because it’s a weekend). I’m reluctant to return the unit as it’s $25 to cover shipping and handling.

    I’d much prefer to use the battery as it’s more easily carried around for gigging.
