Hey guys, I’m new here and wish I was joining with more positive vibes, I normally have nothing but praise.

Recently I started replacing all my old faithful ehx pedals (some of which are 30yrs old or more) with the newer range. Today, both my new Microsynth and C9 organ machine died on my pedal board. I’ve been using the the specified power supply, but both pedals smell suspiciously like burning.

As you guys can sympathise I’m pretty upset.

I only got the C9 at Xmas and the microsynth just before.

Can someone advise what I can do, I’ve looked through my stuff and I only have receipts for the C9, the paperwork to my microsynth is missing.
