I picked up a unit sold for parts on the bay, french customs had drilled three holes into the pedal. Two pierced the PCB destroying some traces and passive components, the 3rd pierced all the way through a fader, destroying it.

Are there any sources for these faders?

The build quality is low-tech, no shielded cabling and hand-written names for each slider on the fader board. Word has it the original owner had it customized for a specific frequency response at the factory, an additional capacitor seems to be added on the solder side of the board. This is possibly a really early revision…
