Hi, I need the PCB Schematic of the MICRO POG.
I have an electrical problem in my home and fried some electrical components on the Micro Pog.
I was playing guitar and when finished playin, I plug the cable off and it touched my room’s radiator heating.
Then was a spark, and home light went out…. The next is what you see.
I know it’s a hard job but I’ll try , I need this pedal back to life !!
Thanks for your colaboration !
Which electronic components could be FB1 and DD2?
I think FB1 is a Ferrite Bead.
Could anyone guess what is DD2 ??… Maybe a Diode?, but with three pins??
Ok, Ok… Let’s try something different.
COULD ANYONE SEND ME A PIC OF THIS PEDAL’S PCB AREA? It’s just next to the INPUT JACK … It would be nice if the components are not FRIED like mine.
Thanks again
I do have one but am ill at present so I wont get to opening it for a few days but i’m not sure how much it’ll help… you have 5 burnt out components there and it looks like only the resistors are marked.
Have you tried e-mailing EHX for the schematic? Or just requesting the values from the silk screen designators?
Thanks for the reply.
I know a pic is not the solution, but al least I could see the value of R3.
I emailed EHX (info at ehx dot com) and they say:
“…we can only release the schematics to our Authorized Service Centers. We have 3, one in the states, one in Germany, and one in the UK….”
So I contacted with the Germany Center and they told me to send the pedal to them.
But my Micro Pog is 2nd hand, out of warranty, so I’m afraid I’d pay the pedal’s value for just the repair (or maybe more!!).
So… To be continued…
so then… Any Micro Pog 2nd hand for sale?
