I just got the EHX Talking Pedal yesterday and It makes a ton of noise when I turn it on. It plays like it should but just a lot of feedback. I am playing through a Randall Ninja V2 tube head. I play metal so I have it set very distorted. I have my pedalboard going through my effects loop in the back of the head. To suppress the feedback I am using a ISP Decimator G-string but even the ISP doesnt gate the noise of the Talking Pedal. Even playing the Talking Pedal through the clean channel is very noisy.Any suggestions on killing the noise?
Well, i have the same issue – here is the link to my recording – talking pedal keeps buzzing all time long, while it should only “talk”… I don’t have noise gate so I don’t know if this should help…
supposed to be “media overkill” intro riff
