The pedal I am thinking of would have a switching mechanism similar to the Freeze pedal, where as you could fret a note push down on the switch, hold it, play the note, hear the octave below, then release and get the true note, ala the into for “Like a Hurricane” by Neil Young.

Yes? No? Maybe? or is this product already on the market and I just have not seen it. I think this would be a really cool sounding pedal.
