    the shaft originally bent and then it broke. can anyone tell me the part number or where to buy a replacement?

    it’s the white, push button “mode” knob on the cathedral.

    I also need this button. My cathedral button snapped off after loading it back into my truck after practice, and I’m super sad and would like to get this replaced. I work for a music shop, so ordering it wouldn’t be a problem, I just need a part number and price. Any response from EH would be greatly appreciated, and I will continue to sell EH with excitement, if diligent customer service could help me out.

    just search for rotary encoder on Ebay, you should find sum thing that works.
