Hi EHX,
First off, I got a Metal Muff about 6 months ago (which frickin rocks!). It is now my main pedal for my band. I can’t tell you how many compliments our band gets because of our sound, I credit most of it to my Metal Muff. I use it thru the clean channel on my Mesa Boogie DC-10.
Anyway, the other day at a gig, I went to plug in my MM (with the proper power source) like always only to find out that it wouldn’t go into the power jack. When I looked at the power jack I noticed that the pin inside of the jack was bent down. Now this is likely my problem since I sometimes leave the power chord connected when I bag up my stuff (I don’t have a pedal board, I just use 2 pedals so no need in this band).
So a few days later I opened up the box and noticed that the back part of the jack was bent back. So my question is there any fix for this or do I need to buy/instal a new power jack and/or am I stuck using batteries? I really hope this is an easy fix because I love this thing.
Any help would be greatly appreciated. I can also attach some pictures too if needed, I just don’t have it on me today (it’s at the rehearsal space) and have been losing sleep over not being able to use my MM. I’ll try to add some pics tomorrow.
THANKS!!!!!
HarlottMuff!

Do you know how much it generally costs to fix something like that with you guys? I would sleep better knowing that it’s 100% fixed. I’ve had problems taking stuff to local guys in the past. Also, do you guys sell the parts separately? If so, where can I find them?
