Hello,
The 22 caliber is advertised as a “power amp” sometimes and as an “amp head” at other times.
Is there an actual preamp stage of some kind? I don’t believe that it’s strictly a power amp in the traditional sense.
Can anyone clarify?
Thanks!
it’s like the power amp section of a guitar amp. there is a minimal amount of preamp sound shaping from the ‘bright switch’ and the level knob in comparison to the impedance of the speaker you’re using but otherwise it’s fairly transparent.
