I bought the Pog 2 recently. It has worked fine until this week.

When I turn on my pedalboard only the “bypass” switch lights up when engaged. The “preset” does not turn on.
However if I unplug the power adapter and sort of push it in the jack hard, the pedal will properly work. I have to do this about 30 times to get the pedal to function properly.

I have tried other power supplys and there is no change in the pedal.

Any ideas on what the problem may be?

does it work outside of the preset functionality? like in the ‘manual’/’what you see is what you get’ mode?

The only that happens when I plug it in is the “bypass” light switch will come on if I step on that switch. Nothing else is working.

You should contact EHX and send it in for service. To me, sounds like the power jack is partially busted or in the process of breaking completely.
