Hello.
My strap broke and my Les Paul felt on my Pog 2. The guitar is good but the Pog as two Slider broken, the Dry Output One and The -2 Octave one.
This two do not work. All other function of the pedal work great.
I’m good at soldering, so I will change them but what are the value for those 2 sliders ?
Thanks.February 3, 2011 at 2:56 pm #114113The EH ManModeratorContact EHX at the link in my sig. They may be able to help you out.

February 4, 2011 at 7:57 pm #114136dantahouaParticipantNo response from nowhere… I had to figure it out myself… So I need a 5K Linear Pot (B5K), The slider is 45mm long (30mm travel). It’s an Alpha. I went to the Alpha web site and I find the ref: 3SP/C 30 21N B A1 B 5K
So now, where can I find those ? Digikey, Mouser or Smallbearelec do not have them… I cannot believe EHX have some in stock for repair !!! Please someone helps me.
Thanks.February 4, 2011 at 11:54 pm #114138The EH ManModeratorMight be best to call them on Monday.

February 7, 2011 at 3:32 pm #114175dantahouaParticipantI had Stap Lock, but one just broke! First time in 20 years! It was the Shaller One.
February 7, 2011 at 5:47 pm #114176friedjesseradioMemberhttp://futurlec.com/PotSliding.shtml i wish i could open up an ehx pedal with sliders to see if theyre the same size. i have seen ones that are extremely thin. i have a ton of the ones from the site provided so i know they work and theyre the cheapest site i have ever found. good luck
February 7, 2011 at 6:18 pm #114177KartoonHeadMemberIf this happened to me I’d cry SO hard, I’m a fully grown man and this would ruin my year. I’d leave university and quit my job, and cower in the corner of my room rocking back and forth whimpering like a girl. Just reading this makes me feel teary, I’m gonna go watch dogs skateboarding on YouTube to cheer me up. This is horrific.
February 8, 2011 at 2:14 pm #114190dantahouaParticipantThanks for the website. At that price I’ll order some, I maybe be able to bend a little the leg cause they are not exactly the same as the Alpha one…
I find another website that have some alpha 30mm but they are SO expensive, it’s a german website… http://www.tundtmusic.com
I can’t believe I’m not able to find some…February 18, 2011 at 3:20 pm #114367dantahouaParticipantI just receice some from tundtmusic and they do not fit… The search continue… Waiting those from futurelec…
March 10, 2011 at 7:43 pm #114611fabiothinxMemberHi!
Did the sliders from futurelec fit with pog2?
I’ve got the same problem and I’m wondering if someone experienced the same problem!
Thank you

FabioNo they do not fit and the pin are reversed… I had to take the bottonm of the old lider and manage to make one that fit witht he one from futurelec. But finally it did not work… I’ll send it for repair…
August 5, 2011 at 12:39 am #101549IsrvelMemberSame thing happened to me..and still haven’t been able to find the slide pot to replace it. I’m in Canary Islands, Spain…so send it over to the States to fix it is not a nice option.
I desoldered the original broken slide pot and tried to figure out all the details…tried to contact with Alpha but no response.
Can’t find it anywhere. I can’t believe there’s no replacement anywhere for this piece. Definitely not the best publicity for EH.

August 5, 2011 at 6:56 am #105476fabiothinxMemberHi,
I solved the problem after contacting info@musikhof.de
This is an (the only?) service center for Electro Harmonix stuff and more.
It’s in Germany so probably you won’t have problem with delivery.
They provided me with 2 solutions: send to them the pog for the repair (too expensive for me due to delivery cost) or send to me the replace part. I choosed the second option and repaired by myself the pog. -
