I recently bought a EHX LPB-2ube which I really love and now I want to buy a power supply for my pedal-board,
but I can’t find the right power cord for my LPB-2ube, beacause it’s not a regular mini-jack of barrel-plug. Which brand (or website) offers them?

    Thanks for the help!

Check my sig. The last link shows power supplies for all EHX products.

All the tube pedals use a 12vac, 1000mA supply.

You can buy it here: http://accessories.musiciansfriend.com/product/Electro-Harmonix-US12AC1000-Power-Adapter?sku=336055

Thanks for the fast reply but that’s not what I’m looking for.
What I need is a cable that will go from a power supply (like a pp2+) to my LPB-2ube.

    My LPB-2ube uses a model “MKA-121000GS” adapter.
I made a picture of the plug to make it more clear.

I’d contact Voodoo Labs via email and ask them about it.

You make just have to make a custom cable.

Or what I’d do would just be to mod the pedal so that it can plug in with a normal cable.

You do need a pedal power AC though if you’re going that route. PP2+ doesn’t have a 12vac out.

Okay, I’ll see if I can make a cable myself or mod the pedal (but I doucht if that’s safe because of the high voltages used in Tube Effects).

    Thanks for the help!

You have to use a 12vac (NOT DC) supply that’s capable of at least 1000mA. I don’t know of any pedalboard supplies that will do that.

There are a couple on there.

Voodoo Labs makes excellent power supplies.

The Pedal Power AC is quite capable, but it has no DC outputs, so you’d need to get a pedal power 2+ as well. Which would be quite costly. BTW the Voodoo Labs power supplies all have one courtesy 120vac outlet on the back that you can plug whatever you like into- be it another pedal power, or just a wall wart.

    T. Rex stuff is also supposed to be pretty good and I think they have a power supply with both AC and DC. Look at that link at the top.

Voodoo Labs is coming out with a new pedal power that’s going to have 13 outputs including a couple AC ones, but I’m not sure when that’s due to be out.
