Anyone else got a problem with the punch in button randomly activating the octave function? Mine does it quite frequently (about one in every five) and, while not crippling, it is a nuisance. Is it worth me opening her up to have a look? Can anyone help?
This is strange we have not seen this problem before. It is not worth opening it up, it’s like a computer in there and the buttons are on a second board which is hard to get to.

It now also happens occasionally with the track select and stereo mode buttons – when pressing the track select button it engages the stereo mode. I have only encountered this manually, not when track select is used via the foot controller.
Is there nothing that can be done? Am I right in presuming there must be some sort of electronic circuit fault allowing the pulse from one button to trigger a nearby one?
yep i also get when pressing track select it activates sterio mode and when you press sterio mode it selects ext clock. Sometimes the reverse buton changes track.Plus the usb does not work.
Im going to take it back. The first and Probably last time i buy ehx.
