    It’s just pathetic that they tried to improve the forums and that’s what they’ve got.

    I am going to be spending most of my “Forum Time” here now, I love EHX and HCFX 2.0 blows….I like the atmosphere around here better anyway.

    I saw it today and the user-review sections really sucks now. Not that I trust most of the opinions, but it was always usefull to read and fun with reviews from people that don’t know anything about sound..

    It took me all day to register, and the layout is cumbersome at best. Since I only went for trading purposes, I’m now on the lookout for a new effect pedal trading website.

    i don’t like the User Review section as it is now…

    what i usually do, is find the pedal at EffectDatabase.com and then use the link to the HC review…

    i have to admit though, that after first hating the new HC forums, i quite like it now!!!
    it just took a little getting used to.
    there are still some bugs in the system, but it’s getting better and they’re working on it all the time.

    This happens every time a forum updates or changes. Always people hate it and say they quit. In a month or two time people will get over it.

    I really don’t get the outrage at all. It’s like a bunch of grannies in a retirement home complaining that their lunch buffet was changed. Totally embarrassing drama from a bunch of guys who spend way too much time on a computer.

    Do we not have lives beyond these forums?

    Half the threads on the first page are people STILL moaning… it’s kinda funny. They hate it, but not enough to stop posting about how much they hate it. :D

    like i said earlier, i quite like it now. :D
    the main thing it’s still missing is a jump-to-first-unread-post feature, but i’m sure they’re working on it.
