hey guys. am looking at getting an ehx reverb pedal, but im stuck between the holy grail plus and nano models. the smaller size of the nano would be a bonus but im wondering whether the added flexibility of the plus model is worth the extra £20?
If you care about the flerb maybe the normal Holy Grail is an option, the Plus has Room-function instead..
i believe the plus model has spring, hall, room AND flerb. the flerb is just cut out of most photos as its obscured by the selection dial. ive checked in the pdf manual although the size of the nano would be ideal, i think the increased functionality of the plus would override any size problems. the depth and amount controls would make all the difference, particularly with the flerb setting.
im now torn between this and the memory boy! any thoughts?
i have thought this for quite a while but never mentioned anything yet…….
i dont think the size of the Nano -vs- Classic small box should matter.
i own many of both size boxes, and i hook them up using the flattest cables i can find (Hosa “pancake” style plugs) and after there all hooked up….they take up the same amount of room!
the space needed to hook the nano pedals up in between them on the sides as apposed to on the top or rear of the classic makes up for each other IMO.
