I know this is a pretty stupid question but: I have an Original pre-1983 Polychorus. The one Kurt Cobain used. I have not seen many of these on ebay.com so I wonder how much they go for. I’ve tried searching completed listings and no one turned up. I guess these are pretty rare since Ive never seen one here in Norway. So: what did YOU pay for your vintage Polychorus, and how much have you seen one go for?
Thanks!
As with all vintage EHX, you’ll probably get more for it if you sell worldwide. Beyond that, it’s really tough to put a price range on it. I think you’ll definitely get more than $150 USD for it, but I can’t imagine anyone shelling out $400 for one – but who knows. You might catch someone on the right day.
Thanks! Who knows? everything is possible on E(vil)Bay.com. I think I will keep mine to my self.
Good plan :thumb:
I have the vintage PolyFlange, which is the same as yours, just a different painjob really. They don’t appear on eBay very often anymore, and they really do behave differently than the new reissues. The reissue kills in stereo, but I think the vintage units sound better in a mono setup.
