Home › Forums › Help/Technical Questions › Microsynth stopped working – broken pedal?
I got a microsynth a little less than a year ago and i let a friend borrow it. He had it plugged into his wall and apparently a heater of some type on the same circut (in his room) and the pedal’s power supply tip was warm when he unplugged it (he unplugged it after noticing it was having problems, the pedal was off) and the pedal stopped working, ie. when switched on the pedal worked for a split second then cut out the signal. the led light doesn’t work anymore, and the signal cuts out quickly still, though when turned off the pedal is bypassed and i still have sound coming through my amplifier. I forgot to register the pedal when i got it, so am i out $275 or is there some hope of saving it or getting a new one or something like that? i bought it off of musiciansfriend.com so i’m not sure if i have the confirmation page anymore or anything, i’m not too sure what options i have left with it.
