I’ve bought used SMMH and it worked perfectly well until few weeks ago it began occasionally eating up the signal going to the pedal when switching the effect both on or off. I’m not talking about the slight volume drop issue some users have complained about. I’m talking about serious malfunction, loss of signal, pedal not going dead entirely but muffling the signal with drop in volume some 90%. It does not happen every time I stomp on the effect, and it does go back to normal after I stomp the switch few times on and off (sort of shaking it off..), but it happens and it’s annoying and I need it fixed ASAP.

Since there’s no warranty on this pedal anymore, what are my options? Is it possible to get some schematics which I could then give to my tech?

Just don’t tell me I can throw it in the bin…
