Hello everybody here!
Let me introduce this Myspace site, where you can listen to freaked out songs which feature different styles, but they have one thing in common: Lots of EH effects in action and Sovtek MiG amps!!!
We’re a small musicians collective who join our forces as side projects from our bands. Thus, we have the chance to experiment and push our limits as far as we can.
About the presence of EH effects, I can point out the following info:
– “Black Funeral”: This song features an USA Big Muff RI and a EH 6-knob Metal Muff to get a heavy grinding distortion. There’s also an EH Frequency Analyzer RI (big box) at the final section to add some modulation madness. I play one of the guitars and drums on the song, while another friend played the other guitar and bass.
– “Drone Groove”: This is the first song which contains only EH effects. In this case, there are lots of big boxes featuring (among others): Stereo Polychorus, Q-Tron, Micro Synthesizer, Deluxe Memory Man, 16 Second Digital Delay and lots of Big Muff Pi versions (originals and RI’s). This one was composed, performed and recorded by myself.
You may find more details at our blog entries.
Of course, there will be more stuff on the future featuring wild sounds courtesy of EH units…
… thank you and enjoy.
Regards.
