No Bypass Signal on HOG – Electro-Harmonix

Hi, I just bought a HOG, and it all works fine, but when I switch it into bypass, there is no signal. Is this a fault with it or is there something really basic I am over-looking?

I’m having the same issue with a Metal Muff that a client has brought in for repair… waiting on EHX for more info, thoughts…
