how do forum member “ranks” work here? is it the number of posts? or time spent being a member? or what?

just curios, ive seen members with simaler amount of posts with a diff rank.

and dont worry, if it is post quantity, i will not be making a crap load of BS posts just top up my rank….only curiosity.

It goes by post count.

i think 1-30 is newbie, 31-50 is member and then over a hundred is sr. member

ok thanks for the info guys! and i know you were joking about the admin thing, but how did you actually become one? not that that is what im shooting for, i got to much on my plate right now.

most of us were asked by Scott Matthews when he was first setting the new ehx forum/site, most had a hand in what you see here…. others were recommended by other admin.
