Hi Everyone,

I’m new to EH effects and to the forum and have a bit of a problem I’m hoping someone can suggest a solution for. I got a great deal on a Deluxe Electric Mistress that didn’t include a power adapter so I ordered a current EH 24V adapter from the Guitar Center. The adapter arrived and I attempted to connect it, however, the current adapter uses a barrel-type connection and my (older?) EM uses a plug-type connector.

I’ve done exhaustive searches on the web looking for the appropriate power adapter and have not been able to find one. Does anyone have any suggestions on where I can purchaee one? Does it make sense to replace the power connector on the EM to work with the current 24V/100mA adapter?

Any suggestions are much appreciated – I really want to use this box!!
