hi there folks!!my names fred from quebec canada!my friend just got a new polychorus and when we first tested it we noticed the feedback didnt seem to behave normally!!even though we already knew the feedback on this pedal was sensible it clearly sound different from anything weve heard before on demos around on the net!!it is noisy and cranky even set to 0 to like 2 3!ive done a lil searching and reading on the net and learned about the 8 trim pots inside and that the 6th one controls how much feedback is sent to the input!!my friend is cracking it right now cuz he just bought it new for 250 bucks!!so my question is–is there anyway the feedback trimmer would move by itself during shipping to the store or if it means some stupid seller at the store opened the pedal and changed settings!!or if it could be anything else???that thing is really noisy!!!!
The polychorus is ment to be noisy. I guess that is why I love it so much. I don’t think it’s the pots; that’s just the way it is.
