I’ve been trying to figure out what kind of bass Mr. Conte is using here. This is a still from “Out of Nowhere” – and there’s never a clear shot of the headstock. I was hoping someone here might be able to help me out.

At a guess I would say it’s a ‘bass collection’ bass…….but that’s only a guess.
or a warwick maybe?
actually ignore me, it could be anything!!!
actually, looking at the pickups it might be a Roscoe.
washburn?
lol, why don’t you just PM Jack!!!!
Conklin?
No. No. Ibanez perhaps.
There’s a decent body shot on the EHX home page. It’s hanging on the wall in the background. Still no headstock shot tho.
I’ve changed the thread title so hopefully Jack will see it.
You can see the headstock in his video for History Repeats Itself on the deluxe memory man page. but it’s kinda angled so you can’t really see the writing but maybe you can tell what kind it is by the shape.
send him a message. i asked jack about his pedals a few months back and got a speedy response.
While I don’t know for sure, This might help:
I believe it’s a Washburn, but you might want to double check that.
Yes, looks a bit like an XB-something — like an XB800 maybe? Or a Force 4?
Knobs are wrong, but I think that’s in the right ballpark.
I had a force 40 years ago — nice bass.
