Hello!
I am new here but not new to EHX products
I have an NY2A (love it BTW) and I think I am having problem with it.
Unit currently will not pass any audio until I switch it into Bypass mode …
So, Is it broken? If So, Where can I send for repair and how much will it cost… I bought it about 1.5 year ago.
Thanks
Sonny
PS: EHX staffs may email me in provate.

Try new tubes in it 1st if you can.
Hi
Thanks for the response.
Can you tell me more about changing Tubes? what kind and where to buy?
Both Channels behave the same (No sound until Bypass) so in that case, Both tubes are death due to the extreme heat?
Also, The link you post, what’s the meaning of it? Are you suggest the email so I can contact?
Thanks
Sonny
If there’s a bad tube, no signal will go through. I don’t have a schematic so I don’t know what tubes are used.
The link is to contact EH for repair.
