I just got in my new Mini POG about 3 weeks ago. I purchased it so that I can use my Acoustic guitar as a 12 string . Does anybody have any suggestions as to what my settings need to be to achieve the sound I am looking for . I have seen some examples on YOUTUBE , but they are mostly for electric .
Second, when I use my Les Paul, I was curious to know what settings most people are using .
I play mainly classic rock in a cover band . I use Boss stomp boxes and an Ibanez TS-9 Tube Screamer . Are there any cool settings that most of you are using . Keep in mind that we are playing 70’s , 80’s ,90’s and current songs . I’m a rookie with this pedal and will experiment with settings to find what I’m looking for, but I’n not opposed to cheating time by hearing from others success stories . I look forward to any suggestions
Thank You,
Doobro
Hi there,
Can’t really answer your question, but, I did just get a Micro POG myself a few weeks ago. I use it in my BASS RIG. I run the controls at DRY=3o’clock/SUB OCTAVE=3o’clock/OCTAVE UP=12o’clock.
This is also running through my SWR Working Pro 400’s FX LOOP at about 50% WET/DRY mix. This gives my BASS a full fat tone to fill in where the guitar lacks.
