My EHX POG No longer works. The Red light remains on weather I hit the switch on or off. The audio just runs through the bypass of the pedal either way. I am using the correct power adapter- Always have. I would like to send it in for repair, how do I go about this?
The manual that came with your POG will have instructions on the back page on how to send your unit in for repair.
